Orders placed before 12 noon PST, Monday thru Friday, are shipped the following business day.  Orders placed after 12 noon PST are shipped within the next two following business days.

Shipping Charges are added to all orders when the order ships.  For orders placed over the Internet, you will be notified via email of your final total including all shipping charges after the order has invoiced and shipped.  For orders placed by phone, you may request that a sales representative call you with your final total including shipping charges.

All orders are shipped via ground service unless you instruct otherwise.

The primary method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS).  If you request a RUSH delivery service or find out about alternative shipping methods, please call (909) 593-7771 to speak to a Sales Representative.  Please remember that all rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater) and result in higher freight charges.

California Law:  By accepting delivery of the ordered products, you consent to the jurisdiction of any court in the State of California and the laws of California.

Ground Service  Delivery Time in Business Days (not including Saturday, Sundays, or holidays) from Claremont, California. The number of delivery days is based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays).  This approximation may vary, and weather-related or freight carrier delays are not subject to freight refunds or adjustments.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico can ship UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd Day Air; UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air may take an additional day for delivery.  UPS Ground to Alaska is 3+ days, Hawaii is 5+ days and Puerto Rico is 4+ days.

Delivery to Canada

Orders shipping to Canada can ship UPS Next Day Air or UPS Ground.  For approximate delivery times, please call one of our Sales Representatives at (909) 593-7771.

Delivery to other International Destinations

Orders to international addresses can ship via several carriers.  Please call 950-809-7642 and ask for more information regarding shipping to international addressessess.

Return Policy:

On occasion products, with the exception of custom-made products, need to be returned to Sara Rose Designs.  Please adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. To obtain return authorization, please call or email:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Upon consent, the good should be returned with a copy of the invoice and in the original packing material including inner cartons.  Example: set/6mugs in the original gift box and then in the mail order brown carton,  Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be returned in its original condition with the original packing materials.  Product returned not in compliance with company policy is subject to refusal.
2. Returns must be made within 15 days of date of purchase.
3. Misused or abused products are not subject to return.
4. Damaged and/or defective products are replaced or credited at the discretion of the Customer Care Department.
